At TLOTW Choir, we value your privacy and autonomy. The app is designed to work primarily offline and to limit the information we collect.

- 1. Who is responsible: TLOTW Choir is a project developed by Huri Tolentino. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
- 2. Data we do not require: You do not need an account to use the app. We do not request your name, address, phone number, contacts, camera or sensitive personal data to browse scores and prepare rehearsals.
- 3. Information stored on your device: Your preferences, favorites, folders, settings and downloaded materials are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may remove that local information.
- 4. Necessary connections: The app may connect to download or update the catalogue, scores and rehearsal materials; play remote previews; and check the status of a Premium subscription. Downloaded content may remain available offline depending on the feature used.
- 5. Ads and consent: The free version uses Google Mobile Ads. Before ads are loaded, consent is requested through Google User Messaging Platform where applicable. Advertising providers may process device identifiers and technical signals to measure, limit or personalize ads according to your permissions and system settings. You can manage your choices in the app or in Android or iOS privacy settings.
- 6. Purchases and Premium: Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. RevenueCat helps verify Premium entitlement status. We do not receive or store your card number, bank account or payment credentials. The store and its providers apply their own privacy policies.
- 7. Security: We use encrypted connections when the app synchronizes information with remote services and aim to limit data sent to what is necessary for the requested feature. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
- 8. Website and contact: If you email [email protected] or use the website form, we receive the information you choose to include so we can reply. Email providers involved in delivery and receipt may process that message.
- 9. Children: The app does not request personal data to function. If a minor shares information through contact, it should happen with the authorization and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
