- 1. Permitted use: You may use the app to browse scores, prepare rehearsals and play materials made available for choir activities. You must respect applicable law and the copyrights of each work.
- 2. Content and rights: The app may include scores, translations, audio, MIDI, images and other materials provided by their respective authors or rights holders. TLOTW Choir does not transfer ownership of those materials.
- 3. Downloads and distribution: Download and offline features are for your authorized use. Do not redistribute, sell, alter, publish or make protected materials available to others without the required permissions.
- 4. Availability: We work to keep the catalogue and services available, but a feature may change, be temporarily unavailable or depend on a connection, external provider or store availability.
- 5. Ads and subscriptions: The free version may show ads and apply audio limits. Premium may remove ads and expand features according to the offer shown by the store. Renewals, cancellations, refunds and payments are also governed by Google Play or the App Store.
- 6. Misuse: Do not evade limits, interfere with services, access unauthorized systems, automate abusive downloads or use the app to infringe another person’s rights.
- 7. Changes: We may modify these terms as the project, features or obligations evolve. The version published on this page is the current reference.
